What Causes Urethral Discharge Without An Erection?
Question: i am 31 yrs old ,male.The issue is of urethral discharge without any erection or even slight sex talk causes discharge from urethra.I have dribbling problem for which i have been prescribed oxybutynin chloride tablets 2.5mg once daily.
i avoid any sex talk or anything which causes even a bit of arousal because my underwear becomes wet and causes embarrassment for me.It happens to me very often.

I read your query and understand your concerns.
As I can see both dribbling and urethral discharge have similar mechanisms and caused by involuntary relaxation of urethra resulting in discharge.
I hope you are doing well with oxybutinin for dribbling and if so need to continue medication.
For the non pharmacological treatment of both the conditions please do Kegel's exercise. This helps you in strengthening of pelvic muscles which are used for prevention of leakage.
For effectiveness do at least three sessions per day with 30 contractions on every session.
It is not possible for me to explain in writing here but you can google to know how to do kegel exercise.
I am sure you will get results with them.
Please be reminded that for effect they take time and having patience is very important.
If your urethral discharge is mostly semen it indicates that probably you are not sexually active.
Having some sexual activity (masturbation/sexual intercourse) will save you from embarrassing situations. I must inform you that masturbation is completely normal and there is no harm associated with it.

I am not sexually active but how can i differentiate whether semen is discharged and not urine drops .I have been doing kegel exercise but no improvement was there in my case .
Usually discharge happens when there is erection and in my case it is opposite. should i consider myself normal .

Semen can be differentiated from urine by consistency. As you know semen is slippery in consistency but urine is just like water and do not stick to your fingers.
Just tough your finger on the stained area of your undergarments and if you feel sticky substance it is probably semen. Other than that dried urine do not leave stains on your clothes but dried semen does so.
As I said kegel take lot of time and it is important to remain hopeful. You need to continue your exercises as they have proven value in strengthening of pelvic muscles.
Slight pain in testis is probably not related to discharge as discharge occurs due to contraction of seminal vesicles quite away from testis.
Presence of discharge is normal in sexually inactive men and there is nothing to worry about it. Although it is embarrassing for most of the male because of fear associated with it.

one more thing i want to ask that whenever i masturbate or any sexual arousal is there after that when i urinate some saliva like drops comes out in the end .
There is too much uneasiness at the tip of the penis after masturbation and after bath .what could be the reason for this .

You need to hold every contraction as long as you are comfortable.There is no point of counting seconds as your effectiveness will be determined as per optimal functioning. Try to hold it but do not continue when you feel uncomfortable.
For a 31 year young male effective dose of Oxybutinin is 5 to 10 mg and there is no harm in increasing the dose as long as there is no side effects.Since it is prescription drug you need to talk to your doctor before increasing the dose.
I read it saliva only but the consistency of saliva is near to semen rather than urine and because of this I inferred that the saliva like substance was semen.
