Question : Hello, I had sex without protection. After two days I noticed some light red almost pink spots in my underpants after waking up in the morning. It is usual for me to see yellow spots (I assume its urine.) but this time they also looked pink colored. I don't feel any pain. I went to the doctor and prescribed me to take two tablets of metronidazole in the morning and two tablets at night just for one day. After one week, some days I can still notice some pink spots in my underwear.

Thanks for your query ,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have unprotected sex and noticed pink spots in your inner wares .

1) do you have any urinary complains like burning ,frequency for urination etc ?
2) Do you have aany urethral discharge ?

The pink spots on inner wares are mostly due to secretions from urethral mucosa due to mild inflammation resulting from unprotected sex .

Take antibiotic like Doxicycline twice daily for 5 day and observe fr any improvement .
