Brief Answer:
Possibility of colitis
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to Healthcare-Magic
Greetings of the day
Dear Mr XXXXXXX
The feeling of going to bathroom every time and passing only small quantity of stools and sense of incomplete evacuation is known as tenesmus. It usually occurs in Colitis/Proctitis which is the inflammation of colon.
The most commonest cause is Amoebiasis. Presence of mucous, pus cells and Blood is due to active inflammation present.
I would suggest you Tablet Ciplox TZ twice a day for 7 days. That should bring the much needed relief. Also would suggest you to wash hands well before consuming food and drinks.
Wishing you a very happy and healthy life.
Take care

thanks doctor for the response. based on the observed values, what is the perceived severity of the condition in your view? is it a mild bout of colitis/proctitis or severe? any food and intake related precautions that you would suggest while i am taking the suggested medication over the next one week. am attaching a picture of the report for ease of reference.
Brief Answer:
It's mild colitis
Detailed Answer:
Dear Mr XXXXXXX
Severity of colitis depends on severity of symptoms.
If you are having mild abdomen discomfort, no fever and Bloody stools than its mild colitis. Report and your clinical picture is suggestive of mild colitis.
I would also suggest you to eat well cooked food and avoid eating outside.
No other precautions.
Take care
