What Causes Urge To Pass Urine With Tingling Sensation In Chest?

Question: I feel the need to pass urine frequently - as soon as I have passed urine I feel I need to go again. When I am passing urine I have a cold, tingly feeling in my upper arms and chest.

Thanks for your query,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have frequency of urination and urge to pass urine with tingling feeling in cheat and arms.

1) Are you diabetic ?
2)Do you have fever?

Your symptoms are most likely suggestive of UTI.

Please consult qualified Urologist for clinical assessment and get following basic tests doen to confirm the diagnosis.
1) Blood Sugar levels
2) Haemogram
3) Urine routine and culture
4) Ultrasound scanning of abdomen.

In the mean while take broad spectrum antibiotics like Cefexine and urinary anti spasmodic like Flavoxate twice daily along with urinary antiseptic like Nitrofurantoin twice daily and urine alkaliser thrice daily.Later on switch on to appropriate antibiotics as per culture report.

Ensure to drink more water.To keep your urine dilute This will help to control dysuria.

Further treatment will depend upon results of these tests and final diagnosis.
