Brief Answer:
Reducing Uric acid
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for the query
You cannot take out the crystals which has already been deposited however you can reduce the Uric acid and inflammation. This is how you should go about it
1. Reduce food items rich in Uric acid like cabbage, aerated drinks, sprouts, etc
2. Tab diclofenac is an excellent drug to reduce pain
3. Tab febuxostat is the best drug available to reduce Uric acid with the least amount of side effects
4. Try and give rest to your fingers by not moving them much and lifting weights or putting pressure
It will settle down in a week's time
I hope I was of help, if you have any further queries please get back to me
