Brief Answer:
Mostl you have developed Acute Retention of urine due to Enlarged Prostate

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for your query .
Based on the fact that you are unable to pass urine I think you have mostly developed Acute Retention of Urine due to Enlarged Prostate which is common at this age..

You need to visit ER immediately and get catheterized to drain your bladder and later on consult qualified Urologist for detail evaluation and get following investigations done to confirm the diagnosis and further treatment .
1) Urine routine and culture
2) Ultrasound Scanning of Abdomen and pelvis
3) Serum PSA .`

Further modality of treatment will depend upon the results of these tests and final diagnosis as regards size of the prostate gland .post void residue etc.

Hope I have answered your query .

Please do write if you have more questions and if you need further clarification I shall he happy to help you .

Thanks with Regards.
