Brief Answer:
It is a side effect of drug.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for writing to us about it.

Norlevo is an emergency contraceptive pill that contains hormone levonorgestrol in high dosages. This bleeding is a side effect of a drug called withdrawal bleeding.

It is just a side effect of a drug, there is no relation of bleeding with pregnancy.

And yes, it is very likely that you are not pregnant.

Hope it is useful, feel free to ask more question.

Good luck.
Regards
