Brief Answer:
she is pregnancy safe..explained..

Detailed Answer:
hello,
Thanks for contacting healthcaremagic,
If she had unprotected sex a day after the end of her periods , then she was already in her safe period as ovulation had not occurred at all and there were no chances of fertilisation at all, so she was anyways pregnancy safe.

However if she has taken an ipill as well after an hour , it is a double protection she has undertaken. Also she has experienced a withdrawal bleed as expected withing 7 days of the ipill intake. The bleeding may last from 3-7 days starting from heavy to light discharge by the end.
It is to be understood that now her day of withdrawal bleed becomes her fresh LMP and the cycle should be calculated from this date.
It is generally seen that the following periods may 2 in a row may be delayed by around 10-15 days in some women, this is a known side effect of ipill or any emergency contraceptive pill so it is advised that proper barrier contraception should be followed during this cycle to avoid any pregnancy which can change the regularity of the cycle further.
I hope i have answered your query in detail,
rest assure, she is pregnancy safe.
regards,
Dr.Samiir Kumar

Brief Answer:
withdrawal bleed would be day 1

Detailed Answer:
hello,
if her previous cycles have been regular , then now after taking the ipill , she get her periods within 7-10 days. They would her fresh menstrual date or DAY 1 of her next cycle. So next periods should be expected only after 30 days from the day of start of withdrawal bleed now.
