Brief Answer:
Chances of pregnancy are almost nil

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXX,
Thanks for writing in to us.

I have read through your query in detail.
Please find my observations below.

1. The iPill contains 1.5 mg Levonorgestrel which is a high dose of hormones. Many women have bleeding a week after taking iPill. This happens due to high doses of hormones which alters the normal hormonal balance. You might have irregular periods for next two months due to hormones and then it will get back to normal.

2. Since you both had dry sex with least possibility of deposition of sperm near the vagina, therefore the chances of pregnancy are least after taking iPill.

3. Your periods will be irregular for next two months and please do not panic. However, if you are still in doubt and want to get peace of mind then get a home pregnancy test done after 30 August. This is only for double confirmation that you are not pregnant.

4. Please use condoms if you want to have sex. Taking iPill has lots of side effects and should be consumed only in emergency and once in 3 to 4 months.

5. Taking iPill regularly might cause cysts in ovary, polycystic ovarian disease, irregular periods and infertility.

Please feel free to correct any oversight in my interpretation of your problems and discuss them in detail as per your requirements.

Hope your query is answered.
Do write back if you have any doubts.

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXX,
Thanks for writing back with an update.

1. With underclothes on there is usually no risk of pregnancy.

2. The bleeding might be as heavy as periods. If your bleeding continues for more than a week then please consult your doctor.

3. The bloating might be due to a side effect after taking iPill. This is a high dose of hormones and some women might have bloating. Eat healthy food and drink adequate amount of water and fluids. Yoga is to be done for a long term and regularly to maintain good health and you might get benefits over months.

Hope your query is answered.

Please relax your mind and eat healthy foods.

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXX,
Thanks for writing back with an update.

1. Your symptoms are more likely to be due to anxiety and I suggest you please relax your mind. Since the bleeding has stopped therefore there is no need to worry any longer. You might continue with your normal way of living and eat healthy foods. The bloating sensation will disappear within a day.

Hope your query is answered.
