What Causes Vaginal Bleeding During Ovulation?
Question: 15th day egg growth fine and ruptured while scanning doc told..and from next day from 16th she getting period bleeding.. wht problem......

1)Firstly, do not panic.
2)Ideally if egg has come out on day 15, menses usually start 14 days after that day, means on day 29 of cycle.
3) As she has started period like bleeding; one of the possibility is that it can be break through bleeding.Meaning, lack of supportive estrogen and progestogen hormones.
4) Please look for thickness of endometrium in USG report.
5) If endometrial thickness is less than 7 mm, I usually suggest tab. EVALON 2 mg for first 20 days and after ovulation Tab SUSTEN 200 sr to be kept vaginally for 10 days.
6) She can take Tab PAUSE 500 mg 3 times a day to stop the bleeding. And as of now Tab SUSTEN SR 200mg for 10 days will of great help.
