What Causes Vaginal Bleeding Post I-Pill Intake?
Question: I am 21 years I had sex with my gf she took ipill after 5-6 days bleeding start up to 10 days after that stop after few days my periods come early than regular period but in that after within 15days periods come but blood not come only at starting few drops are come plze suggest Dr.what happnd with her and she is pregnant or not because she didn't understand period

She got her withdrawal bleeding after 5-6 days of taking ipill indicating that she is not pregnant. The bleeding after 15 days of the stoppage of bleeding indicates a probable ovulation bleed which is in the form of spotting and lasts for 2-3 days only. This may be ovulation bleed.

but sir she had irregular periods in 31 days she had. two times period but in second time there is lots of pain n 1stly normla blood n after that stop plze sir suggest what to do there is any major pblm or not

The withdrawal bleed which occurred post ipill allowed complete shedding of endometrium which lasted for 10 days . Now her fresh date of menses was the day of start of the withdrawal bleed.
This is a common side effect of ipill to cause irregular next 1-2 periods and they are likely to be initially heavy and then scanty, but this is mid cycle and spotting accompanied with mild pain in the ovarian region possibly indicating an ovulation bleed.
However if you wish to rule out pregnancy conclusively then you must get a serum beta hcg test done which if negative shall rule out pregnancy completely.

no there is no such residues found on ultrasound for the ipill. It gets metabolised completely and sonography cannot detect the ipill in any ways.
