Question: hi sir regarding for infertility treatment ....my wife taking infertility treatment since three months for egg development from gynaecologist but last month she got normal size of egg 23mm then docotor said meet five days in intercourse from 14th day then we met five days and at the time she gave me vaginal insert tablet PUREGEST 200-Progesterone soft gelatin capsules for one month .....after met this month my wife got periods for 34th day and she got stomach pain 1st day of period means today and blood clots like ball size came out from vagina after that cured the stomache pain and periods are coming regular base as usual then by today we consulted doctor then she said blood clots are normal and prescribed tablet ...Trufol Gyne and smartova 100...nurokind gold powder for my wife and also suggested me to take .... Lineator tablet for sperm count increase so pls clarify is the tablets are correct or not because my sperm count is 45 million/ml and 70% active....sluggish 20% ....non motile 10% and abnormal form 20%....normal forms 80%.......so pls tell me can i use this tablet if my count is normal ......or if i use any problems will come in future like low counting ........... and also pls tell that blood clots are normal or not .... that doctor is suggesting IUI treatment for pregnancy is this correct way or not

but the doctor said use this tablets will increase sperm count lot....can i use it sir or should give it to return that tablets.....and pls tell me what is the cost of IUI in XXXXXXX approximately
