What Causes Vaginal Bleeding With Clots Post Unprotected Sex?
No pregnancy. Follow the advice.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for writing to us. Followings are my comments:
1) According to your information, you did SAFE sex and there is NO chance of pregnancy. So, you wouldn't be worried about that.
2) Dark color bleeding or clotting may be due to blunt trauma (OLD) by rough sex. Vaginal or pelvic infection, old endometrial tissue or clotted element are some other reasons. Uterine pathology should be ruled out through ultrasound scan. Kindly, consult with your gynecologist regarding this.
Maintain genital hygiene properly. Medicine like Tranexamic Acid can be taken to arrest bleeding for temporary purpose.
Hope, it helps for your information. Kindly, close the discussion if you don't have any other query.
Wish your good health and practice safe sex in future.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for additional information.
I just confirm that you made SAFE sex because you involved in unprotected sex in SAFE period. You should know that last 7 days prior to period date and first 5 days after period are EXTREMELY SAFE. There is NO chance of pregnancy as you DIDN'T ovulate at that time.
Ovulation occurs 14 days prior to period date. In your case, you ovulated on 6th Oct. However, you DIDN'T involve in unprotected sex on that day or fertile days. Therefore, you can't be pregnant. Don't be worried.
Hope, I have cleared your confusion. Kindly, close the discussion.
All the best and good luck.

Dr S Patra
