Hello dear,
Thanks for trusting us about your health care.
I can understand your concern here.
I want to ask a few questions before giving my opinion about it.
What colour of discharge it is, any associated odour or itching is there?
Are you on any type of birth control pills?
For how long it is there?
Which cream you applied on it?
Description of bumps?, can you please upload the picture?
Have you shave recently?
Please revert back to me with my answers.
Hope to hear from you soon.
Good luck.
Regards

Brief Answer:
Most probably due to folliculitis.
Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,
I am so sorry for the long delay in my response.
I have gone through your pictures and in my opinion it is most probably due to folliculitis cause by shaving.
You are taking appropriate cream for local application.
You should wear cotton undergarments, keep the area dry and clean, do not use perfume products.
It will resolve in a week, if it persist then consult a Gynaecologist and get yourself examined.
Hope it is useful.
Good luck.
