Brief Answer:
Fungal infection

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for the query.
There is a possibility that she has developed a fungal infection.
The area between thighs is moist and is prone to develop such infections.
I treat such cases with topical clotrimazole ointment and oral Fluconazole for a month.
I have seen excellent response with that.
She can try this.
Both medications are safe and available over the counter.
Only concern is that she should not get pregnant while on medications.
Let me know if you have any other doubts.
Thank you.
