Brief Answer:
Not pregnancy

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking

I read your question and i understand your concern. No you ae not pregnant. Blood flow in menses varies in both frequency and duration> Cycle can extend from 21 days to 35 days . What you had in guise of spotting was your periods. Also the blood in urine should be evaluated as it could indicate an underlying urinary tract infection.

Nutshell, you are not pregnant and duphaston has caused the flow to be reduced compared to usual. Talk to your gynecologist if there is menstrual irregularity or heavy flow consistently and let them sort it out for you. One thing is for sure and that is that you are not pregnant.

I hope it helps. take good care of yourself and don't forget to close the discussion please.

Brief Answer:
Unlikely worrisome. Bloating likely

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for getting back to me

Round bump around the belly needs evaluation. That could be merely due to bloating as you already are having cramps. If you believe its some thing else than a belly fat, get it evaluated. Let a doctor have your belly examined and see for it. I believe there is nothign to worry about.

I hope it helps.
Take care
