What Causes Vaginal Spotting After Taking Duphaston?

Question: Hi! Is there any chance of pregnancy after taking duphaston n getting periods? Last I got my periods on 21/04/2016. I was on medication for 5 days and duphaston twice a day. I took tablet from 08/06/2016 to 12/06/2016. Just felt a lil spotting today but want to know still is there any chance of me having pregnancy?

Spotting after taking duphastone is due to withdrawal bleeding and pregnancy is unlikely in this situation.
However, I will suggest you to wait till 21-6-16, and If proper flow of bleeding do not occurs, then you should get a urine pregnancy test done to confirm the diagnosis.

Hi dear, you both should have intercourse in the fertile period, which is between day 8 to day 22, preferably every alternate day.
You should take folic acid tablet daily as taking it in preconceptional period reduces the risk of congenital anomalies in the fetus.
You both should be stress free and avoid unnecessary medications.
