Brief Answer:
It is probably side effect of fibristol.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to healthcare magic.
I am Dr Ramadevi Wani. I will be answering your concerns.

The spotting you had is probably a side effect of Fibristol. So do not worry.
But if this spotting recurs again after having sex next time, then get examined by your doctor to make sure that it is not due to cervical causes like cervical erosion etc.
If you further concerns, do write to me.
Best wishes,
Dr Ramadevi Wani
