Brief Answer:
Its within acceptable range.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for asking.
I am Dr. Prakash HM and I will be answering your query.
Based on your query, my opinion is as follows:
1. Mild variation in blood pressure between arms is normal. Upto 20 for systolic and 10 for diastolic is acceptable normal. It is due to variation in blood vessels in both arms.
2. Main reason, all hospitals check in same arm is to maintain a same standard across all days.
3. HIIT workout at this age is excellent, continue it. Continue with usual diet. For your age, upt 140/90 is normal in resting position.
Hope it helps.
Any further queries, happy to help again.
