Varicocele is usually not associated with any symptoms. There can be scrotal swelling associated with mild dull aching pain and heaviness. The burning sensation is rare. It can be associated with skin changes like dermatitis in the scrotal skin. Applying a local antiseptic cream or 1% hydrocortisone cream can help in improvement.
It is not likely to cause nausea. This can happen due to anxiety and gastritis.
