has her periods stopped if yes than since how long?
Any past history of such an episode or symptoms?

Brief Answer:
Please consider these guidelines

Detailed Answer:
Hello
welcome again and thanks for the details
If she is having iregular periods with symptoms of menopause than It could be related to perimenopausal syndrome

I would advise her to get her blood pressure recored twice daily for consecutive 3 days.
Ask her to be extra careful while standing up or walking
Be watchful to infer whether her head spins or its surroundings which moves and make her dizzy

She should continue with meclezine for 3 to 4 days
if it's persists or worsens further than she needs to consult an ENT surgeon for physical examination and further course of action.
She should also take multivitamin and minerals supplements
Hope this answers your question
Best wishes
