Brief Answer:
Probably vitamin deficiencies, or stress disorder.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thanks for using HCM.

I have read your query and understand your concerns.

Vibrating sensation that lasts only few seconds may be related to minor peripheral nerves dysfunction due to neuropathy in the first stages, or could be related to anxiety disorder.

Conditions that lead to nerves dysfunction include other systemic conditions (diabetes, kidneys, thyroid disease), but it is not your case, certain drugs such quinolones, deficiencies of vitamin B group and electrolytes.

In my opinion, your symptoms are related to anxiety disorder, or deficiencies of nutrition so having a balanced diet, fighting stress and taking multivitamins supplements should improve your symptoms.

Hope you found the answer helpful.

I remain at your disposal for further questions and clarifications.

Take care.

Thank you so much for your response. I guess my concern was that it wasn't just an isolated incident, it is happening every 10 seconds or so for the last couple of hours.

Brief Answer:
Minor symptoms.

Detailed Answer:
Welcome back.

If this was only one day problem, I think it will subside by itself.

However, balanced diet and/or microelements and multivitamins supplements should help to restrict it and prevent your symptoms from happening in the future.

Those symptoms are not a big deal.

Just try not to overvalue them.

Best regards.
