Brief Answer:
Seems unrelated to gastrointestinal issues.
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.
I have gone through your query. But I am not sure what you mean by 'vibrating sensation'. I hope you mean tremors. But I would be glad if you provide further details like what exactly occurs, when does it occur, the triggers like whether it occurs only after passing stool, the relieving factors, and any other problems that you are having. Based on that I will give you by inputs but apparently it is unrelated to gastrointestinal issues.
Regards

Thanks,
it happens regularly, usually before going to the toilet, it is like a nerve twitching. there isn't really anything to relieve it.
I have had symptoms of irritable bowel and show up clear for lactose intolerance and am told it is a dairy intolerance.
not sure if that assists?

Brief Answer:
Take juicy fruits. Take stool softeners. Try anal exercises.
Detailed Answer:
That is indeed helpful. I think that what you mention could be associated with some electrolyte imbalance. Taking juicy fruits like citrus fruits could help. It could also be associated with some neurological weakness. Taking stool softeners could help. I would suggest you to practice alternately contracting and relaxing your anal sphincter at times when you are not going to pass stool. A direct clinical examination by a doctor would give more helpful information and I would insist you to visit one.
