I do have IBS and most recent EKG and bloodwork were perfect all withing last 3wks to 6mts.... How can I ris my self of this? High fiber diet etc

Based on them my opinion is that your symptoms aren't heart related but are caused by IBS and are due to large bowel spasm.
My suggestions are:
- A balanced Mediterranean diet:
- Reach in fibers and vegetable oil
- Poor in fatty animal, and carbohydrates
- Avoid spicy food
- Drink plenty of water
- Use simethicone
