What Causes Vibrating Sensations In Left Breast?

Your symptoms don't seem to be related to any cardiac disorders.
Detailed Answer:
Hello!
Thank you for asking on HCM!
I understand your concern and would explain that your symptoms don't seem to be related to any cardiac disorder ( the vibrating pattern is not typical of a cardiac ischemia or any other cardiac disorders).
This symptomatology seems to be related to a musculoskeltal issue or the breast tissues.
Are these symptoms modulated by respiration or body movements? This characteristic would indicate a musculoskeletal issue.
Do you have any other symptoms like back pain? A radicular pain from a thoracic vertebral column disorder, compressing a thoracic nerve could mimic these symptoms.
Anxiety could also mimic this clinical scenario.
I recommend consulting with your GP for a careful physical examination (including the careful examination of your breasts), a resting ECG, a chest x ray study, a cervico-thoracic vertebral column x ray study and some blood lab tests:
- complete blood count
- PCR, sedimentation rate (inflammation)
- blood electrolytes
- fasting glucose
-kidney and liver function tests.
An ultrasound of your breasts is necessary to rule in/out any possible disorders affecting these structures (at your age, a periodically scheduled screening is necessary).
If all the above mentioned tests result normal, the main cause of your symptoms would be just anxiety.
You should discuss with your doctor on the above mentioned issues.
Hope to have been of help!
I am at your disposal for any other questions, whenever you need!
Best wishes,
Dr. Iliri

I recommend continuing with the above mentioned tests.
Detailed Answer:
Hello again!
Thank you for the information provided.
As you mentioned before, you didn't notice any heart rate changes during these episodes, even with the stethoscope.
This fact would exclude a possible cardiac arrhythmia.
Anyway, a resting ECG and the other tests I mentioned before are important to be sure that everything is OK (the heart and the other structures of the chest).
A back bone disorder would be less probable, as you don't refer any back pain.
I recommend you to discuss with your doctor on the above mentioned tests and possible causes.
Greetings,
Dr. Iliri
