What Causes Visible Blue Veins In Fingers After Severe Weight Loss?

I would have one question regarding my hands. I noticed that my palms that are quite reddish in warmer weather, are very blanchable when touching objects, like carrying my bag etc. (pictures attached, they're not the best but I can really see the difference with, say a year ago). I dont remember it happened before when I had more weight, the fingers were more red even with carrying objects. Also, in colder temperatures, the blue veins in palms and fingers become very visible with blue "stains" around veins in fingertips (also blue naifold in one of the fingers in extreme weather). I have been told that it does not look like typical Raynaud or acrocyanosis (thoes condictions were excluded by numerous doctors).
One doctor suggest that veins in my palms became more sensitive as I had recently lost a lot of weight (ca. 65 pounds in about 5-6 months) and the doctor said that I had lost fat tissue in my hands. I want to consult if that's the possibility or is it really some vascular disease (Raynauds, acrocyanosis) present.
There is no sign of any vascular disease at all.

Hello!
Thank you for the query.
Actually, there is completely nothing wrong with your hands. Not at all. Palm is a very specific area for the blood vessels. In this area (the end of the fingers) arteries do connect veins. So the blood kind of turns back in your palms to the heart. Palms contain also plenty of nerve fibers. Imagine that almost the half of a brain is responsible just for the hands movements.
This makes palms region much different than other regions. Blood vessels can be visible here. Blood vessels can be easily compressed here. When you compress tiny blood vessels, the tissues instantly loose the color and become kind of pale.
Cold is what makes this blood vessels constricted. This reaction is typical as the body protects itself against loosing the temperature.
When you loose weight, veins become more visible. That is the truth. So it may be an explanation.
For sure, there is no sign of any vascular disease.
Hope this helps. Feel free to ask further questions.
Regards.
