What Causes Visible Blue Veins On Arms?
At times my arms and hands will be throbbing without me doing any exercise for a couple days.
However today I noticed a vein appearing around my eye.
Also my testicles have been acting weird. At times it feels like they are hanging low. Then other times they almost shrivel up. Sometimes the sac gets harder and kinda swells. I have been feeling a sharp pain there too. It comes and goes.
I haven't felt any lumps.
Any ideas. Is it possible it could be stress related.
I would need some info

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for writing back with super helpful answers,
Hope you are doing well, You answers really helped me understand the whole story . Yes your symptoms may have three mechanisms going behind them which might be working together or separately to cause your vein sighting.
1) Stress,
2) Exercise,
3) Change in temperature.
They might be working together or separately to cause your symptoms.
I will touch both your issues i-e your veins and testicle skin in my answer .
1) Veins:
Look first you have to understand the mechanism how venous expansion works in body.If you go in cold temperature veins disappear because veins have blood and blood has temperature on it when vein is swollen it loses temperature which body can't afford to lose in cold temp outside so body shuts down veins to allow less heat loss. Same way when one is exposed to RELATIVELY higher temperature veins expand get more visible to lose a bit of heat so that body keep balance with outside temperature.
Like you said climate changes there in feb so You noticed the veins in march..same way you are in LA, and here there is a world of temperature difference so it's not a big deal that your veins have expanded to allow some heat loss from body. Because they don't have to save heat any more anticipating a chilling weather.
I would suggest you not to worry about them there seems to be no problem at all in this finding don't worry much.
2) Testicular/Scrotal skin.
Have you ever wondered everything in body is inside abdomen why testes are hanging outside? its because all body works on 98F but testes work at 94-93F , if you put testes in abdomen they become useless because they cant work on this temp.
So nature hanged testes outside abdomen. But how to maintain there temperature there? If your are in Alaska and you are in L.A wont the testes get super cold in Alaska? so what nature does, your body pulls testes closer to it when in cold temperatures so that they don't get chilled and obviously when they pull, the scrotum and skin shrinks just like when you deflate a balloon it gets thicker and shrinks.
When one is exposed to warm temperature like in L.A the skin loosen up to let the testes hand lower so that it doesn't get body heat and keeps working well and doesn't get over warm
So there are simple physiological normal mechanisms you don't have to worry about them just stay calm and don't be anxious :)
I hope you understand now what's happening.
I Hope this answers your question, if your have more queries feel free to ask, otherwise close the discussion and rate it. Wish you the best of health.
Regards,
Dr.Muhammad Ahmad.
