What Causes Visible Veins On Palm?

Question: doctor, hi notice some GREEN veins in my palm area like in pad ,and lower middle of palm they are green in colour, so I want to know wheather they are normal or something fatal, plz advice me doctor, I m in anxiety.i do not have very active daily routine plz help

thank you very much MAM, now feeling stress free , I want to know wheather lack of exercise, means flabby mucsles cause veins to visible, becoze lcan see veins not exectly veins but green colour on my bisceps, on my leg but they not veins means not visible like in my plam veins but some greenish colour, does toning of muscles heps me ,bocoze due to lack of exercise now I have flabby muscles not tonned muscles plz help me .AND THANK YOU VERY MUCH AGAIN

Visibility of veins can also be due to thin skin which again varies from person to person.

thank u mam for ur reply, mam I m uploading a photo of right hand , the main motive of all my questions are that 1 month back I was watching a health show on tv regarding varicose veins which are painful, that is y I want to know that all these veins on my XXXXXXX and palm are normal or I m suffering from varicose veins, let me further explain that im not feeling any pain or any problem from these veins. and finally thanks once again mam

These are not varicose veins

Detailed Answer:
I have reviewed the newly uploaded photographs and these are not varicose veins.
These are normal veins which are simply visible underneath the skin.
Varicose veins are swollen and dialated veins unlike the ones on your hand and palms.
