Stroke to be excluded, medication side effects to be considered as well.
Detailed Answer:
I read your question carefully and I understand your concern.
Your symptoms are worrying indeed. Such a combination of vision abnormalities, balance issues, vertigo, weakness of the left limb, headache could be a manifestation of a brain lesion such a stroke, in particular stroke in the posterior areas of the brain. Since you say the symptoms have developed suddenly then it is even more likely so I would suggest even heading at the ER as stroke is an emergency. The best specialist would be a neurologist, but since this can't wait for appointments I suggest consulting in ER first. If they will think stroke likely you will be admitted, otherwise at least possibilities will have been excluded and an appointment can be scheduled with more peace of mind.
Apart from stroke another possibility I would consider would be medication side effects. You take several medications which act on central nervous system at high dosages and can cause balance issues, eye movement abnormalities and headache. So if stroke is excluded then reducing medication dosages may be considered.
I remain at your disposal for other questions.
