What Causes Vision Problems With Poor Memory And Poor Body Balance?

Seizures are more likely.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thank you for posting your query.
I have noted your symptoms and the lab reports.
Multiple sclerosis (MS) is unlikely with normal MRI of brain and negative oligoclonal bands on the CSF.
Seizures are likely to cause episodes of memory lapses and imbalance and inco-ordination. However, EEG does not show any epileptiform discharges.
Based on the CSF analysis, we should also consider a viral meningo-encephalitis (an infection of brain covering and adjacent brain), which can get better on own, and leave symptoms such as memory impairment, problems with balance and co-ordination, and visual symptoms.
TIA and transient global amnesia are unlikely at this young age, and moreover you do not have the traditional risk factors (such as diabetes, high BP or cholesterol) for the same.
I hope my answer helps. Please get back if you have any follow up queries or if you require any additional information.
Wishing you good health,
