It can be due to gastric acidity or due to dislike for milk in the morning
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to the HCM
I completely understand your concerns but don't worry. It's very common complaint in this age group. I see such cases routinely in my clinical practice.
Usually it can be due to gastric acidity or dislike for milk as first thing in the morning.
I would recommend you to give her Junior lanzol tablet half an hour before breakfast. You may give it for next 10 days.
Also, try to replace milk with some other breakfast in the morning and give milk at other times of the day.
Hopefully this will help you. For further questions, I would be happy to help you out.
Take care
