Detailed Answer:
Hello!

Thank you for the query.

Since when do you have vomiting problem?
If it has appeared recently, loose stools, abdominal pain or fever are present, gastrointestinal infection is the most probable reason.
If this symptom is present longer than few days, your abdomen is bloated and you can not pass gas or stool, bowels obstruction is most probable.
If you have had some upper middle abdominal pain, peptic ulcer is most probable. If the pain is in upper right abdomen and radiates to the back, gallstones are the reason.
I suggest you to consult your doctor. Abdominal ultrasound, blood work, liver tests, pancreas tests and abdominal X-ray should be done at first. If the gastrointestinal infection seems probable, stool tests should be done.

Hope this will help. Feel free to ask further questions.
Regards.
