Brief Answer:
Could be due to Gastro-enteritis

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to Healthcare-Magic
Greetings of the day

Dear Ms XXXXXXX

Vomiting could possibly related to Acute Gastro-enteirits.

If the following criteria are fulfilled there is no cause for concern

1. There is no distension of abdomen
2. Absence of fever
3. Urine Output is adequate
4. Absence of Urinary complaints

As she is sleeping, let her sleep. I would suggest the following

1. Domstal Oral suspension: 5 ml thrice a day
2. Tablet Junior Lanzol 15 mg twice a day

If the vomiting still persists , I would suggest you to consult Pediatrician for further clinical assessment.
