Question : I thought I had developed an allergy to Vit D3. Every time I eat anything with Vit D I start burping a metallic taste. Then in a few hours I start vomiting and watery diahrrea. What do you thin?

Vomiting and diarrhea after taking any food item suggests allergy to vitamin D3.
Do you take vitamin D3 supplements and do the symptoms develop after consuming the vitamin D3 supplement?
If yes, then probably allergy to vitamin D3 is quite possible.
However, the allergy has to be proven by relevant investigations.
I suggest you to consult an immunologist for clinical assessment and allergy test.
If the test is positive vitamin D3 may have to be eliminated from diet.
However, a replacement for vitamin D3 will be required since lack of vitamin D3 can cause calcium deficiency.
