Brief Answer:
Please consult nearby emergency room

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Thanks for asking on this platform

I am really sorry for delayed reply.
Frequent vomiting and loose motion can lead to dehydration. The main aim of treatment here is to improve oral acceptance by giving medicines.
But as the child is not tolerating even medicines I would suggest you to consult nearby emergency room for injectable medicine for vomiting.
Once vomiting gets decreased give ORS/plenty of fluids along with zinc and probiotic for early recovery.

Regards
