What Causes Vomiting And Diarrhea Inspite Of Cleaning Glans Whitish Secretions?

Question: Over the years, I have occasionally had to remove debris, small white solid material, with tweezers from what I believe is a "stitch tunnel" under my glans in my penis. Right now I feel that there is something in this opening but can't get it out. I've been experiencing upset stomach diarrhea and even one instance of vomiting that seems connected to the discomfort.

Dear Mr XXXXXXX

I assume that you are not circumcised. The white thing you have been removing is the secretions collected in the sulcus of glans known as Smegma. Smegma is whitish secretion which is secreted fro glans, if not properly cleaned could cause it to harden . Its unlikely to cause vomiting or gastrointestinal complaints.
Exact diagnosis will depend on clinical examination. Would suggest you to send clinical photograph for further evaluation.
