What Causes Vomiting And Low Appetite After Taking I Pill?

Hi Doctor,
Me and my gf had un protected sex around JULY 16, she took i pill within 4 hours, She got periods immediately after 5 days. The periods lasted for 4 days. since from august 5th she is feeling vomiting and sometimes vomiting also early in the morning and not able to eat any food. Yesterday(on August 8th) we did urinal pregnancy test which was negative.
I am worried about this, can you please suggest about the chances of Pregnancy.
FYI, She got fever and suffered from food infection also for 3 days from the date July24 to july 27th. But why vomits / vomit feeling now a days? Her Period cycle is Month end of every month.
