Question: I had a petit mal seizure just a few hours ago and I am now experiencing vomiting and a migraine which I have never had after one of my seizures.

I doubt this is some effect seizure on brain.

Vomiting and migraine are more common with generalised seizures due to postictal edema of the brain.Mostly this has happened in your case as well.

Such brain edema causes increase in intracranial pressure leading to vomiting and migraine.

A neurological evaluation and if needed MRI brain is suggested in your case.
