Brief Answer:
Stomach infection, Acidity

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to this forum.
Can understand your concerns.

Vomiting at bedtime for 2 days could be due to Stomach infection, Acidity.

In my opinion, You should give syrup ofloxacin to the child for 3 days and syrup ondansetron three times a day for 1 day.

Don't make him sleep immediately after feeding, wait for atleast half an hour.

However, since this are prescription medicine, i suggest you to meet the local doctor for needful.

I hope this will help you.
Wishing your child good health.
Take care.
