Brief Answer:
Need a consultation

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

How long is it since the bowel movement?
How is the appetite?
Do you take alcohol or pain killers?
Always nausea and vomiting indicates issue with the upper gut ailments.
If you are not able to pass gas or stool, that means the bowel movements are not being carried further in to the lower gut. The reasons could be ulcer, obstruction at the duodenum.
You need an immediate consultation by Gastroenterologist. I would not wait further if this is my patient and send a referral letter to a specialist.
