Question: We are taking treatment for fertility for past 1 year and last month my wife underwent Laproscopy for left tubular block and this month we were trying for normal cycle and doctor prescribed below medicines,

From Day 3 to Day 27 - Ovaashield.
From Day 21 - Day 27 - Duphaston
Day 10 - Follicles were at Size
Right Ovary - 12 X 11
Left - ARC-2
Endometrium size - 4.8 mm

she was Prescribed with Cabercet tablet for 4 weeks with weekly 1 tablet.

Day 13 - Follicles were at Size
Right Ovary - 20X19
Left Ovary - 12 X 11
- 11 X 11
Endometrium size - 6.3 mm

Because the Endometrium Size was 6.3 mm doctor prescribed again Cabercet 0.5 for 3 days morning and evening 1 dos and HCG Fertigyn Injection was given.

Because of this dose my wife was very weak and she was vomiting whatever she ate and when suggested with doctor she prescribed Vomikind before food.

Day 16 - Follicules were of below size,
Right Ovary - Ruptered
Left Ovary - 16 X 13
- 11 X 11
Endometrium size - 7.4 mm

Again doctor prescribed Lonopin 40 mg Injection and Miprogen tablets.
On Day 17, my wife was looking very weak again and she feels vomiting whatever she eats.

Queries:
1. We had intercourse on all days except Day 13 and Day 15 and need to know if there are good possibilities.
2. Why my wife is feeling weakness and is it because of these medicines?. If so, what need to be done?.
3. Why Miprogen and Duphaston both are provided as both are progestrone tablets, what is the use of taking both.
4. Need to know the uses of Cabercet and lonopin injection in my wife's case.
5. Any changes are getting pregnant with left side ovary eggs as the block was removed that side and every time when we tried with right side, it failed.

As per the above question provided, we are in the treatment for conceiving.

My wife is currently taking the tablets mentioned above apart from progesterone which you mentioned above, she is taking Miprogen 200 alone(Prescribed till Day 34) and didnt take Duphaston. She normally gets her periods by Day 28-30, but today is Day 32 and she didn't get her periods. This is the first cycle treatment after she underwent Laproscopy by April 3rd. Will Miprogen 200 delay the periods normally?. If not, when can we take the HPT as the Miprogen 200 tablets prescribed is getting completed by 11th XXXXXXX 2016(day 34)

Yesterday(10 June-Day 33) my wife was getting some brown discharge from yesterday night and it is getting continued till today morning but not like normal periods. She was getting some abdominal pain and lower back pain as well.

Could you please let me know if this is any symptoms or side-effects. What should we do now.

Till Yesterday(Day 34 of the cycle) morning she was on progesterone and till yesterday night she was getting some brown discharge. Suddenly from today morning she started getting some mild red discharge associated with mild abdominal pain. I have 2 questions here,

1. Still can it be a implantation bleeding.
2. If it is a implantation bleeding, can it some by day 35 of the cycle as the right side was ruptured on Day 16 of the cycle after a HCG injection which was given on day 13 of the cycle.
