What Causes Vomiting, Fatigue And Blurred Vision?
![default](/r/images/default.png)
I have had several recent bouts of vomiting (3 nights this week) over the last few months, fatigue, blurred vision, have full body twitching, had nerve test that said my nerves in my hands are fine, haven't been able to find any answers.
multiple sclerosis????
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
with your symptoms, the only differential that highly fits is multiple sclerosis.
it has classical blurring of vision and can have vomiting along with twitching. You may need an MRI to look at the demyelinating plaques in your brain which is the only definitive way to diagnose. you may need an IV prednisolone for an acute attack of multiple sclerosis and INf-alpha or glatiremer for maintenance therapy which decreases remission.
However with your symptoms other possiblities may be idiopathic intracranial hypertension which also has blurring of vision and so can migraine have that but with out headache they can't fit into the diagnosis. Hope this helps. Please consult your nuerologist for further evaluation.
