What Causes Vomiting In The Early Morning?
My kid is 8 months old now. He is vomiting in the early morning and he is staying fine rest of the day. First time when he is fed in the morning, he is vomiting (between 4 to 8 am). In this early morning time he is fed only mother's milk.
Other than mother's milk, he is having around 200ml of Isomil milk and Nestum Rice stage 1 and coconut water, once a day. Any other food is not given. He is having these in day time, where Isomil milk and Nestum he is taking before 3pm and coconut water after 2 hours. After that he is taking only mother's milk till the next day.
He takes D-Vitamin tonic (B-well) 0.5ml, other than above.
Could you please suggest if we could try any steps to avoid this vomiting.
Thanks,

Burping after feeding
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to this forum.
Can understand your concerns.
Vomiting only early morning could be due to less duration of burping at night, or gastroesophageal disease.
It might be possible that when you feed the child at night, burping is done for less duration and child is made to sleep. So, first thing you should do is to burp the child for atleast 10 minutes. Secondly, the pillow of child can be raised slightly so that Vomiting doesn't occur.
If still there is vomiting, then domperidone Syrup should be used under the guidance of doctor.
If still, vomiting persists then gastroesophageal reflux disease should be ruled out by doing GER scan.
I hope this will help you.
Wishing your child good health.
Take care.
