In the absence of other symptom like Urinary or other associated gastrointestinal complaint it's likely to be Gastroesophageal reflux. I hope there is no distension of abdomen and baby is also passing stools regularly. I would suggest the following which will definitely help 1. Avoid putting the baby to sleep immediately after feeds 2. Avoid spicy and oily food 3. Capsule Lansoprozole will be helpful: it suppresses gastric acid secretion. Along with this addition of Domperidone which increases gastric motility will be helpful. 4. Propped up position while sleeping will be helpful. If the vomiting does not respond to the medication, baby will require Ultrasound of abdomen to rule out other causes like Malrotation especially if the vomiting is bilious.
