Throwing up isn't related with seizures
Anyway you should absolutely take your seizure medications.

In my opinion you should take them as powder not as tablets because tablets can provoke vomiting.

You should check your throat or your respiratory system because I think you are suffering from inflammatory disease which provoke difficulties in taking tablets.

You don't have to worry too much once confirmed any throat or respiratory problem those are fully treatable probably with antibiotics.

Be sure to take your seizure medication
