What Causes Vomiting, Painful Lower Right Back, Blood In Stool And Urine?

Question: coworker of mine 20 years old barely 160 pounds. Bloody diarrhea, painful urination (some blood) painful lower right back, vomiting, upset stomach, no appetite. low potassium. seen several local doctors have suggested chrones disease, ulcerative colitis, kidney stones, anything to tie all this together?

symptoms started 2 months ago
has had a ct scan and bloodwork
has been prescribed vicadan, Ondansetron, Potassium, steroids
only ones that he feels works are the ondanestron for nasea
