Most likely "stomach flu" = gastroenteritis, mostly self healing

Dear patient,
most likely you have a viral or bacterial (can be from food) infection of the gastrointestinal tract (gastroenteritis). However, this will mostly heal itself in the next few days. Take in enough fluid, and light foods. If bloody stools, strong pain or high fever occur or if it persists more than a week please see your local doc.
