No need to worry

Detailed Answer:
Hi and welcome.
Increased heart rate is expected in such conditions especially in children, It means that body increases blood flow to deliver white blood cells into infection area. it usually goes with fever in any infection. Nausea and vomiting is also common symptoms when throat infections is diagnosed but it also may be caused by antibiotic that shes taking. in every case it should be better in day or 2. She should just rest, take enough fluids an dmedications prescribed by doctor. wish you good health. regards
