Brief Answer:
Most likely due to tramadol.
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thank you for asking HCM.
I have gone through your query. Tramadol has a side effect of vomiting but two tablet is not toxic dose. Therefore though I will not be overly concerned with you taking second dose, I would suggest you taking antiemetic (vomiting pill). Phenergan tablet is usually prescribed for such issues and is immensely helpful. Alternatively you can try ginger tea and see if it helps to decrease nausea.
Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.
