Detailed Answer:
Hello my dear patient,
I feel that there is some perforation in your gut as a result of complication of surgery which acts like a point of continuous leakage of fluid.
At this point surgeon has to take call whether he wants to do a explorative laprotomy again to find the site of leak or would wait and watch however 1000 ml of fluid could be suggestive of some perforation or site of leakage and a explorative check laprotomy could be done.
Thank you.
